Dates for Transfer & Adult Student SOAR Sessions: Except for advising times, the Blue and Gold Sessions will overlap Choose the one that best fits your schedule

Blue Program Morning check-in by 9:15am Wednesday, June 27 Gold Program Afternoon check-in by 11:30am Wednesday, June 27 Blue Program Morning check-in by 9:15am Tuesday, August 14 Gold Program Afternoon check-in by 11:30am Tuesday, August 14 The check-in table will be open from 8:00am to 3:00pm in the Elliott University Center.

Transfer & Adult Student SOAR is specifically designed to meet the needs of adult students, age 24 and above, and all transfer students. You may choose to register for classes with an advisor in the morning or in the afternoon; it’s your choice! Each session takes only a few hours and is a wonderful opportunity for you to obtain important information about UNCG all in one location.

Note: Transfer & Adult SOAR is designed for students interested in learning more about UNCG and successfully transitioning into this new environment. We discourage children and younger family members from attending Transfer & Adult Student SOAR as it is not designed for their needs and interests.

As Transfer & Adult Student SOAR is a half-day program, overnight housing is not provided.
